We have received inquiries about the following:
Q. Service frequency
Four to six vessels per month are deployed, mainly to Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.
Q. Ports of loading and unloading
In Japan, we call at ports of steel mills as well as main ports, including Yokohama and Kobe.
Overseas ports of call include Singapore, Port Kelang, and Jakarta.
Q. Transit time
Transit takes about l0 days to two weeks.

Q. Date of exchange rate used for currency conversion
We use the exchange rate on the day before the vessel enters into the port.
Q. Sizes of the vessels deployed
Tween-deckers of 9,000 DWT are mainly deployed.
Q. Maximum weight that can be lifted by a vessel's cranes
The cranes on all vessels deployed can lift up to 50 tons.
Box-shaped vessels are used to accept all kinds of cargoes.
Q. Shipments to China
Although we now provide no regular service to China, a shipper who wants to send a large volume of cargo to China is urged to contact us to see what we can do.
Q. Shipments to the Philippines
Our service policy about China also applies to the Philippines.
Q. Import cargoes from Indonesia to Japan
Although we now transport mainly timber and mineral products from Indonesia, we would welcome inquiries about other cargoes.
