We have received inquiries about the following:
Q. Service frequency
Twice-monthly sailings are provided for liner service. The first vessel calls at the first Japanese port, Kobe, around the 10th of each month, and the second vessel starts its voyage around the 20th.
Q. Ports of loading and unloading
The ports of loading are Laem Chabang, Busan, Kobe, Nagoya, and Yokohama. The ports of unloading are Majuro, Tarawa, Port Vila, Noumea, Lautoka, Suva, Apia, Pago Pago, Papeete, Nukualofa, Santo, Honiara, and Noro. (Above is on Southbound service and vise-verse for Northbound service.) Also Shanghai and Keelung have been visited Depending on cargo volume.
Q. Transit time
Transit times from Japan run about 15 days to Noumea and about 25 days to Papeete. Turnaround time is two months per sailing.

Q. Date of exchange rate used for currency conversion
We use the exchange rate in effect two business days prior to the vessel's entry into Kobe Port.
Q. Transport of containers and LCL (less-than-container-load) cargoes
Both containers and LCL cargoes are accepted. For containers, 20-foot dry service is provided.
Q. Cut-off dates for containers and LCL cargoes
The cut-off dates are two business days for containers and three business days for LCL cargoes prior to the vessel's entry into the port of loading.
