Q. Service frequency
We schedule three monthly sailings for MICRO Service and two monthly sailings for PNG Service.
Q. Ports of loading and unloading
The ports of loading are Kobe, Nagoya, and Yokohama. The ports of unloading are Saipan, Guam, Chuuk, Pohnpei, Yap, and Koror for MICRO Service, and Lae and Port Moresby for PNG Service. (Above is for Southbound service and vise-verse for Northbound service.)
Q. Transit time
The transit time from Japan runs about 6 days to Saipan, about 7 days to Guam, about 9 days to Lae, and about 12 days to Port Moresby.

Q. Date of exchange rate used for currency conversion
We use the exchange rate in effect one business day prior to the vessel's entry into port.
Q. Transport of containers and LCL cargoes
Both containers and LCL cargoes are accepted. For containers, 20-foot dry service is provided.
Q. Cut-off dates for containers and LCL cargoes
The cut-off dates are two business days for containers and three business days for LCL cargoes prior to the vessel's entry into the port of loading.
